This thermostatically controlled cabinet holds two 30lb buckets on wooden battens. Heat is provided by a 125w heating cable, which is fitted inside the perimeter of the cabinet approximately 100mm above the base. Without further insulation, the following temperatures are attained:
20ºC - 2 minutes
30ºC - 4 minutes
40ºC - 8 minutes
50ºC - 16 minutes
70ºC - 54 minutes
Maximum attainable temperature is 70ºC.
Internal dimensions 685 x 345 x 325mm high. Height above wooden batten. We have added a removable metal grill so that jars can also be warmed as well as buckets.
Cabinet not sealed outside with paint or vanish, in accordance with instructions.

Purchased from Thornes a year ago as a stop gap while we renovated our honey room. Selling as it is now too small for our needs.
