Very runny honey

Planned on jarring up some honey at the weekend
Water content 17.9
But it is really runny.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Fortunately it's only the one batch.
I did check the refractometer using olive oil

some honeys are less viscous than others, that's the beauty of it just live with it

it's only the one batch.

Mix it with another, or several.

All my honey this year has been like water and still is. No signs of any crystalisation at all. Never had honey like it. I think it is the lime and blackberry.
Customers love it and had huge sales this year.

No not at all.
