well i'd love to give my employer the V's and work bees for a living, Honey is no longer enough, but if you have enough colonies to produce nucs and on top of that have some machinery to make and sell some hardware, you've got to be in with a chance.

the one thing i dont want to do is go into competition with hive maker, after this weekends wood work 101 and three temper tantrums, no thanks but the bee nuc plus the honey and wax on 6 hives and nucs should be realistic should it not?

You would have to buy at least a few hundred acres of cedar forest and buy a sawmill to compete with Hivemaker,I think the startup cost would be enough for a heart attack

the idea of staring at all those trees wanting to be chopped up is enough, woods are great to walk through but for me not to work through
