It's a wren ... the light flash round the eye and the slight pale spots on the leading edge of the wing .. it's a male and it's hunkered down in the frost with its tail tucked down.Here‘s another pic of it - there is no coloured crest, so I reckon it’s a wren, but it hasn’t got its tail in that typical upended wren like position.

Yes mine are bringing in loads of willow despite the neighbouring fields being yellow with dandelion.Absolutely covered in pollen
