Will this stuff set at all? I have a colony that has been fed on this before winter and has a few frames of solid store.

I didn't want to chance supering them with any of this left in the brood box incase it ended up in the super.

Many thanks.

I have bruised it and dipped it in the water but to try and get them to use it but if it's not gone by Wednesday when they go to the OSR then I will replace it with foundation.

Was just wondering if thymolated syrup would set.

It doesn't set in the combs my experience.
It's the Autumn ivy that sets in this area.

You would hope that that thymolated syrup would get turned into bees rather than end up in the super. But then there's Sod's Law.

By the sounds of it it has already been turned into bees what I have is something else that has set completely sold.
