Hello everyone and thank you for your replies on my last question, well some of you did mention few problems related to beekeeping such as swarms, foraging, varroa... etc, well I was searching the net to find out more about it and I found few devices specially made for beekeepers using IOT and stuff about collecting data, informing the beekeeper in a case of a problem and some of them do suggest some smart solutions, it's shown that it does increase productivity and improves the life quality of bees, I don't know what your thoughts about this? did anyone try this before? thanks

Any more information on this would be great. I’m not using much data collection, but one hivenat our apiary is part of a monitoring system and the stand can weigh the total weight of the hive, and there are a number of wires leading from the hive body to a network connected box... very curious.

Currently I’m looking at apps for recording inspections, but that is it.

I’ve started a thread lower in the list in “beekeeping software” or some such name. My original thread was moved there, so I started a new fresh one.
