Swapping Apedia boxes around

I have 3 apedias in a row, one with mated Q other two are Q- as have used the mated Q 2 days ago to a Q- hive. The other has just nurse bees & is low on numbers.
I plan to swap the two Q- boxes around, any issues? Thanks
