OSR Spring Honey

I have just extracted some Spring honey which obviously has quite a bit of OSR in it. It has set but not rock hard…more a bit firmer than soft set. I will make half of it Soft Set but with the other half is there an ideal way to turn it back to runny honey which wont set fast or at room temp?

It will always set, it only needs a small amount as a seed to ruin or set a good runny honey.

I turn all my OSR into soft set and wait until the end of the season for the runny honey.
