Mix 2:1... invest in 5 gallon container.

I normally do a 2:1 mix with cold water, it just takes a bit of time, overnight preferably.
I usually line the containers up on the lawn & roll them up and down to agitate, mostly when passing while doing other jobs, no big drama.
If in a rush I may use warm water.
You need a suitable funnel for emptying sugar sacks, but that is the only special equipment required.

Correct if you have black tea and a bit less for white - the fluid lost from the tea bag unless you squeeze them and don't forget the sugar 1 lump or 2
