I was driving down the road near home the other day and saw a Horse Chestnut in flower, I’ve subsequently seen 2 more locally. It’s a crap photo but enlarge and you’ll see the flower stems😂46DA25AA-D168-46CF-813E-B2917DD4F507.jpeg
 
Many of our trees and plants have new growth! Weird year!
 
Yes I did a double take….not unusual to see a sprig of apple or the like at a silly time of year but 3 separate trees. They also had new leaves about the flowers, or at least appeared to at 60 mph.
 
Likewise here in Farnborough, one on the school run is fully in bloom and has been for a couple of weeks. Poor trees. I think it will bode poorly for their yield in the spring.
