Does anybody send small amounts of honey to the EU?
What courier do you use?

One of my customers put the honey in the travel bottles and got to Europe without any problems.Don't know about post but UK customs wouldn't allow my cousin to take a jar in baggage on the plane back to NL. Brexit given as excuse.
that would have been some jobsworth in 'security' and not BF - small amounts of honey (a coule of kilos or so IIRC) in hold baggage are allowed to most countries (Australia being one exception) liquids in hand baggage are of course restricted because of anti terrorist concernsDon't know about post but UK customs wouldn't allow my cousin to take a jar in baggage on the plane back to NL.
However "honey" from China seems to be accepted in any quantity under a variety of guises. How does it work in the reverse situation ? amazon seems to have no problem shipping many items in either direction. I recently purchased some commercial window cleaning poles from Belgium without any problems. Do we have problems due to spite from 1 or both sides ... I think we do
What is meant by security labelled ?My brother visits from Australia most Summers and regularly takes a couple of jars of my honey back with him. The customs folk in Brisbane are quite happy for him to import the honey as long as it is properly labelled, security labelled, runny and not any set variety so that it can receive visual inspection. They are not happy with set / soft set honey as they can't easily give it a visual check for any unwanted inclusions.
