Not me! I don't even use foundation anymore.Because beekeepers have been putting chemicals in hives for 30 years.

These look lovely! Who’s recipes did you use?Think you’re allowed 6 variants to a recipe e.g. 6 different ‘flavours’ of a recipe. Just not worth the expense and admin though, unless you can sell volume. Such a shame, can understand the reasoning though as someone somewhere will cut corners. I’ve made some lovely products and given them all away as gifts.
Thankyou. Quite a variety of sources. I have a book on essential oils by Neals Yard / Dorling Kindersley & they have some good recipes. I also followed one of two of Sarah Robbs in a BBKA series a couple of years ago. I don’t have access to them at the moment but if there’s anything in particular you’re interested in let me know & I’ll send when I can (probably in about a week or so)These look lovely! As soon as you 'sell' something, regardless of who you sell it to - you fall foul of the regulations covering cosmetics and skin preparations.I think that you can sell it to friends and acquaintances. But suppose you want to enter the market. In that case, you need to legalize everything and go through many certifications and checks.
What about if you put them through the washing machine first ?And don't use old tights for filtering!
Can't even imagine using someone's old tights for anything if they hadn't been washed first! What about if you put them through the washing machine first ?
The wrap kits sell wellFunnily enough we have just ordered a couple of candle moulds but not thought about the wax wraps, we will have a look into thats
Just remembered another good book with good recipes is Beeswax Alchemy by Petra Ahnert. I’ve made her body butter bars, hand and body creams, v nice. Also covers the basics of candles, soap and various wax gift ideas. These look lovely! Who’s recipes did you use?

I don't suppose eggs feature in many of your menus? Can't even imagine using someone's old tights for anything if they hadn't been washed first!
But would you want to wrap your sandwiches in them?!
I don't get that?? But anyway, no, I'm vegan!I don't suppose eggs feature in many of your menus?
In all but honey from my own bees but no, I guess not vegan then.so not really a vegan then?
Until something goes horribly wrong .... and then you are in uncharted territory - with no supporting insurance cover ..... OK it might never happen but what you have to seriously consider is what is the risk if it does ..... and you can't get insurance cover for something that is, to all intents and purposes, in contravention of the regulations.I think that you can sell it to friends and acquaintances. They will definitely support you, but don't do too much. But suppose you want to enter the market. In that case, you need to legalize everything and go through many certifications and checks. Eco-products are now in great demand and popularity. Still, you cannot make and offer such things as eyeliner https://jonteblu.com/collections/eyebrow/products/jonteblu-automatic-eyebrow-pencil to the public. In addition, people usually tend to buy proven brands. It will be challenging to attract new customers without good advertising.
Wouldn't be much use if it was toxic!Slightly off topic. But when you guys make lip balm and add essential oils does the oil have to be edible
