Somebody has approached me asking about buying a whole frame of honey before I cut it up for cut comb.
Anybody ANY idea of what to charge?

Decide on a price for your cut comb then work out how many pieces you would get from a frame then multiply it by your price. Add a bit for the frame then you can knock of a bit if you want for a bulk purchase

Thanks guys....that's what I was thinking.
I have been getting five cut combs plus "offcuts" for chunk honey from a good frame so I think I'll try £30

I have seen whole frames for silly money £60+
There’ s even a feller out on the web sells packaging for whole frames.

I had an idea once to sell a whole frame’s in the show display cases to the trendy Chelsea set I made a few cases but that’s as far as I got with that one.

As for a realistic price work out what the comb is worth to you as honey or cut comb then the frame and then anything you wish to add on top.

I was planning to give one as a christmas present, so please make it expensive!
