Has anyone got any recipes that they have used for making mead,i have never made this and would like to see recipes from one's who have,and not just go on google. Also any cooking/cake ect recipes would be good.using honey of course.

This is the honey cake recipe I was given for the honey show I entered this year.

14 Honey Fruit cake to encl. Recipe
8oz S.R. Flour, 4oz. Butter,
8oz. Honey, 2 eggs,
4oz. Sultanas 3tbls milk
4oz.Currants 2oz mixed peel
Pinch nutmeg and salt.Cream butter and honey together. Beat eggs and add them alternately with sifted flour and salt. Add mixed fruit. Mix well , add milk if needed. Bake in a nominal 7? tin for 2 ? 3 hours in a moderate oven.

I make wood wax, but have been looking for ideas for bees wax/carnuba wax for vintage cars, I can't find any starting points even, anyone have any ideas?
