Supersedeure worked and I clearly have a frighteningly fertile new Q in residence.

The only problem is she has found her way in to the supers through the previously Queen proof plastic excluder. Each of the 3 supers now has uncapped brood plus lots of honey.

Would the best thing now be to take out the excluder and let them get on with it?

Thanks

I would put the QE under one of the box's at a time, moving it down as brood emerges until it is where it should be. Others will give other ideas I am sure!

Maybe the frames in the three supers can be rearranged such that all/most of the brood is in the bottom one? I'd get the queen in the brood box with a good QE immediately above in any case.

And if brood box partially clear of frames of brood, move the super frames with brood to be amongst brood frames. They will extend the frames down.
The wire QE do seem better than the plastic
