That refers to two treatments in winter when there was no brood or brood had been destroyed.

this is a different regime to multiple treatments to cover a period when there is sealed brood - in a meeting in Llangadog village hall (which may hve even been before the apibioxial carveup) Ratnieks flatly refused to even test it and the childishly ignored me for the rest of the meeting.
