new from Flanders

Hi,

I'm new here. I live near Antwerp, Flanders.
2017 wil be my third year of beekeeping. I 've got 3 wooden hives in a local type.
Hope to find out more of this great hobby on this forum.

In the picture you see me temporary shelter.

Hi Pieter,
Looks nice!
I will recommend to turn the left hive 90d to the left,
Your hives are quiet close to each other and can cause drifting of bees from the
middel oneto the side.

Hives have different colours so drifting won't be too much of a problem. Also I have three hives per stand and not had any obvious problems of drifitng. Only a problem if you have many more hives close together in straight row .

If you stick a roof lathe under the edge of that first row of tiles it will bring them to the same angle as the rest of them.
