my first beekeeping bargain??

spotted an ad and this is what i ended up with..

2x national hives with open mesh floors and roofs (one is from tho#*es)
1x six frame nuc (both hives and nuc are in great conditition)
5x national supers plus one super for the nuc
frames to fill all of the above
1x full tho#*es bee suit and veil
1x bee jacket and veil
1x pair of long goatskin gloves
1x frame grip
1x swarm trap
1x brand new apidea hive(never used)
1x crown of thorns cage
1x clip queen catcher
2x perspex crown boards
3x ashforth type feeders
1x two frame manual honey extracting kit(only bought from tho#*es last year)
only i had no more room in the car i could have got two hive stands and a two frame observation hive home with me to, i got all of the above for the price of £280.
the man i bought all this off is a fellow member of this forum and i would like to thank him and his wife again for the kind welcome they gave me and for the lovely tea and buns:).

I have been lucky with kit and theres still lots left.
The people did have a extractor 4 frame for £75 which i think is a bargain,not sure if they sold it yet .

sure looks like you got a real bargin Darren..he must have needed the money badly to let all that gear go for next to nothing..tea and wee buns as well....some people have all the luck...
 
A cracking deal , well done . Just use the gloves for gardening not beekeeping .
