I have searched you tube for the lectures but cannot find any ,only the 10min segments ,any idea when they will be available?

Not yours, but the Isle of Man Honey Show, my first as Secretary and exhibitor and didn’t do badly at either. Came away with firsts in the Light honey, Novice liquid honey and biggest surprise, in the wax block: second in the moulded candles and presentation of 12 jars for sale, fourth and very highly commended in the blind tasting. Very pleased with our efforts!
