how to check for real honey

I'm wondering what ALDI will do with all that Rowse chinese honey they were selling now

I'd never buy supermarket honey myself but it will be interesting doing those tests on any found in friend's and family's kitchens.
(could end up with more customers )

just thought of a memory jogger for the 3 tests in the video: "finger, fire and fluidity".

With customer prices. Look at import prices on US harbor. China rules global prices.

So you that opinion that foreign countries mix Sugar to honey and UK officers accept that kind if import.

So, it is not sellers fault to sell Sugar as honey. Biggest fault is that British food control system is not able to control quality of honey.

Is that so or what are you saying.. My fault?

I think someone may be missing the point that the OP's question related to marketing of adulterated honey in India, not the UK.
