A neighbouring beekeeper and I each took a hive to the heather at Dunwich Heath on the Suffolk coast. My yield was modest: 12 jars of nice bubble-texture honey and 12 cut comb.
How long before it is likely to crystallise at room temperature please? I'd like to shift it while it's still fluid.
Thanks.

Heather honey is slow to granulate but granulate it does. 2-3 months depending on temp etc perhaps slightly longer.
If you are worried simply freeze the cut comb and jars as well. Thaw and sell. I still have a few cut comb in my freezer from last season and they are perfectly fine when thawed.
