Happily back to beekeeping

After a good few years away very happy to be back beekeeping. Have bought a nuc of bees with a Buckfast Queen which is already doing well. Put second brood box on. Noticed a new field of rape half a mile away so guess I'll be learning how to handle this type of honey. Previously there was no rape near my bees. Loved this forum before, in fact I became rather obsessed. Although also slightly alarmed that there are swarms being reported already. Hope i didn't leave it too late to give my bees more room. In sunny South Devon.
