Where is the best and most reasonably priced place to get frame spares, I'm after a number if top and bottom bars.

Paynes, Maisimore and Thornes all do them. Looks like Paynes are the cheapest?

Is it worth the effort when seconds are so cheap in the sales ? I think you will find the spare parts cost more than the sale price of full frames ....

And you'll always need replacement bits, various things break, frames need destroying so just buy a 50 pack of second quality frames and don't worry if you haven't got a full complement - it will all balance out in years to come
