Force feeding

The swarm I recovered last Tuesday have not come up for the syrup.
For some reason they are all crammed up together at the back of the BB. And they are up high, above the top bars. I have sprayed them with sugar syrup this morning. Is this the best way to get them to eat?

Sun has just come out, so they might start forraging.

Would it be an idea to try to move them to the middle of the BB right below the syrup?

Have You filled the bb with frames of foundation,or is there a "gap"?

It is full. Middle frame is drawn comb. The rest are new. I thought they might have made thier way to the drawn one in the middle.
