I would like to praise two companies for service above and beyond etc.

I stupidly burnt a hole in the veil of my Sherriff suit. A quick phone call confirmed yes can repair and provide a spare hood. The damaged hood was posted on 17 July. The repaired hood and the spare were received 27 July. 10 days elapsed time for postage from France, repair of veil and return by post to France now that IS good service Well done B.J. Sherriff not worthy

I ordered some Apidea bits (frames and the plastic parts) from The Busy Bee Shop, Mark said he would invoice me when he knew what the postage would be. The parts arrived 9 days later with a "with compliments" card but no invoice. I have sent a cheque to cover the cost + postage, nice to be trusted in this mercenary age. Thank you Mark.not worthy
I hope you're going to write complaints to Royal Mail/La Poste for the delay...
