Eggs in super not brood

Hi all , checked 1 of hives on sat morn plenty of sealed brood and larvae but no eggs .Q clipped and not swarmed .Had no qcs up till now.Super nearly full so added another on top of brood..1 qc not capped..Checked today and new super well on way .Top super which was almost full of stores now has middle 3 frames full of eggs larvae ? No eggs in brood frames ..Qc n ow capped..puzzled how stores in top super have been cleared for brood .Ade.
 
Couldnt see her , if so thought she would lay in empty super frames which were added on sat , eggs in super which was starting to get capped and full
 
Queens always go up.

I talk about them being vertically challenged and most likely because the warmest spot is up there at the moment.

Eggs laid up in foundation , maybe q slimmed down in preparation to leave and moved upstsairs..as i put empty super on top of brood q moved to top and workers moved stores to super below to give her room ...shes clipped so either find her or let them swarm ??
