Can I just add a while ago I placed a phone call to HM (he may not remember but I do) asking to buy queens he actively persuaded me to not buy and wait a while my hives then became queen right. He is a good un.

reckon hats a step to far. hivemaker has always been a decent fella from what i have seen. plus he has been here a good while. has lots of knowdlege and a grand cool head on his shoulders.

besides he could be seen to represent the comercial side of our hobby. nice to have a bit of balance don't you think.

Yes, I would agree with you, commercial beekeepers input on the forum can be of great use to us amatures, so why not let more in. Regulate it to a level that meets the majority of the forum members and we will all gain more from the forum...

doubt many of them have the time. i can barely get my head around my measly 25 or so. cant imagine the workload that dealing with hundreds or thousands could be like.

Our Moderators are men of experience, patience and humility - we are LUCKY to have them. Should they decide what can be said? YES Should we trust them? YES...Have they EVER abused their position? NO!

Be grateful & thankful for such a free society as this...Where else can you get such specialist advice and support as here???
