Any suggestions for cleaning brace comb wax residues off see-through crown boards? I dont want to use anything abrasive that might scratch the surface.

Soak in a Cold solution of washing soda and gently rub off.... sometimes leaves a mark.

Just ordered 40 replacement clear 1mm polycarbonate covers for the Kieler mating nucs as some got a bit warped and after 3 seasons hard use are opaque!

Good deal cut to size from The Polycarbonate Store in Coalville if you need to replace ( also do 2mm clear)

I put them in the freezer as well, make it easier to scrap off the crap.

I use a wooden spatula to scrape off any burr comb.

One of those hard plastic ice scrapers for car windows.

Never used them but might start. What is the best thickness?
