Morning.
I have a queenless hive and I have twice given the bees eggs and they have not drawn any queen cells out. I think I can safely say it is a queenless hive as the queen is in the other hive (an error in an artificial swarm where i moved the queen and the queen cell) as I've spotted her 3 times in there and there are no eggs in the queen less hive. So...In my queened hive there is a drawn out queen cell and I think I've got about 2 days before it will be closed. Could I move this queen cell to the queenless hive or should I try with the eggs again?
Thanks

Of course you could move it. But it will likely be pulled down.

Your adding eggs twice, without queen cells being drawn, is not indicating Q-. And, no, those results do not necessarily indicate the presence of a queen.

Read up on test frames.

Rightio, thanks for the information.
