I've taken about 60kg of honey off so far this year and storage is becoming something of a challenge. I think that I'd prefer to store it creamed (semi-set) rather than hard. I'm comfortable with the creaming process but thus far I've only bulk-stored in kilner jars (which I'm running out of!).

For large quanties (> 10 kg at a time) what's the best way of storing it? And what's the best way of jarring it later?

I’d bottle in plastic buckets available in all sizes fro beekeeping suppliers.
A Lidl jam maker for melting the buckets
Strainer
And a bottling tank…. Again search the web.. you really want a good tap but that will affect cost.
Search the web there’s all sorts of the above at vastly different prices but you normally get what you pay for.

I store it coarse sieved in 30lb buckets and if it sets, as ian123 uses a Lidl jam maker to melt it at 43C - then fine filter into a 100lb plastic bucket but only 60lb max for lifting purposes with a honey tap. Let it settle and then jar up. AAAAAAAANNNNNNDDDDD Relax!
