hi all eney recomendations there are a lot out there but cant decide witch one

i like maisemore aip but you have to collect and there not cheap but i think you will get a good service

I think the answer will come partly from what style of keeping and what strain of bee (if any) you want to pursue. Are you keen to promote local 'climatised' UK stock or are you happy to bring in say a NZ or Australian queen?

Compare to purchasing a car. You wouldn't simply say, where's the best garage to buy my new car without describing your likely car use, preferences and budget!

I would say the best apiary to get your bees from is the cheapest and most local. You could take that to the extreme of going for a bait hive of your own. Tom's comment on utilising your local association cannot be over-emphasised. As a beginner - and like cars - you'll need good aftersales service.

thanks all just ordered two nucs from weald peace farm in kent
