Bee Equipment Ltd Query

A beekeeping friend placed an order with Bee Equipment Ltd and tried to contact them via the telephone to chase it up but they have ceased their 'phone services due to the Corona virus situation. He then tried using e-mail but has had no reply. Has anyone had any better luck or know any more of the position?

I was told buy email there 4days behind I placed an order Monday email them Tuesday and it came today

But 2weeks ago I placed an order and took just 9days

I placed my order on the 7th of April and received it today. As well as the delays published by Bee Equipment limited Royal mail is also experiencing delays. One of my parcels from Simon the Bee Keeper never arrived and other Royal Mail packages are taking longer than usual. It may depend on the capacity of the local postal services at both ends.

I ordered Thu night, dispatched Fri, due for delivery Mon (info received from RM).
