I have to disagree.
The workers will only ever be 50% related to the queen so, even in the first generation, 50% of their behavior will be influenced by the drones which the queen mates with. This is true of all open mated queens.

You need only a small amount of evil bees in the colony and they will take care of defense forces.

But it helps when I have spare queens and I change the Queen at once when I notice their nature. I can buy too a Queen. Inbreeding problem is more difficult to notice.
