charlievictorbravo;380784 As well as these beetles on the monitoring board I had a wide strip of what looked like digestive biscuit crumbs. During the summer said:
Are you sure it's not just wax cappings being dumped so that the bees can access the honey stores? That's what I would see at this time of year and they do look like diggie biscuit crumbs.

Ah, that's a thought, although would they not be much paler - honey cappings are nearer white than what I've seen, unless of course they darken when chewed.
