I have an apiary in a village named Cocking which lies just north of the South Downs in West Sussex.
I label it as Cocking Honey and it sits on the shelves at the front of my house with honeys from 6 or 7 other apiaries.
My camera that overlooks the shelves has an audio function and it never ceases to amaze me the amount of times a group or couple arrive to choose some honey and the guy says “why don’t we get some COCKING honey?” It cracks me up every time I hear it.
