It gave me a choice of how I would like it to look... A classic web browser tool bar view or what I would call a normal view which has been around for a while... All since updating to iOS7

Only appeared the one time though.

I have downloaded it and the only problem I can report is reduced battery life. It is very different to the other IOS updates and is taking me a bit of time to get used to it, but I'm starting to like it.
