Last night I sat in on a trustee meeting of the charity for whom I have been setting up an apiary over the last eighteen months or so. One of the trustees had been keeping the few jars of honey that didn't get sold at the local flower show in August and ended up selling them to the mother-in-law of a Ukranian lady who has been staying with them. Despite having access to a lot of honey in Ukraine because someone else in the family is a beekeeper the mother-in-law said that ours was the best she'd ever tasted
(I was sitting in on the meeting because they're a bit short of volunteers to be trustees and would like some more. I thought I'd see what the job might entail. It seems there's a fair bit of legal stuff I'd have to commit to, so I'm still making up my mind.)
