Queen cells .? .

How many frames of brood are there? And how many of stores?

5 full frames brood, 2 end frames empty, not drawn,
other frames drawn with stores cover 2 and one with some stores

Put the undrawn frames away from the side of the box, e.g swap over frames 1&2 and 10&11, and they will be more keen to draw them out, giving HM more room to lay. Then it is probably time for a super. I usually super on 7 frames of brood.
