That's interesting. The only people I know that supply soft set around here charge more for that than runny - I always assumed because of the extra processing involved. Personally, I prefer the runny and would also be prepared to pay more for that - if I had to buy it... :)
As a matter of interest, have you tried charging more for the soft set? Ta
Its a question of supply and demand - I (that is the bees!) normally produce less runny, and that always goes quicker.
 
Nothing..... Not got enough to sell this year! All for me! Last year was my best year in thirty years this year is my worst!

snap & ditto! lots of issues, with DLQs, queens not mating....., queens stop laying.....

maybe need some good genes in the gene pool, and not mongrels!

but that's life....

Ah, hadn't thought of that - are you in OSR land? Not something I have the advantage - or burden(?!) - of.
