a few more than last year but still not enough
Went for a walk today and saw loads of trees with their bark stripped right off. it wasn't rabbits unless they are mutants that can climb as the damage was done mostly above 8ft.

Again couldn't be deer for the same reason.

Grey squirrels .. I have a couple of conifers in my garden that the little beggars have attacked and killed .. Don't know why they do it but I've seen them at it so I know (in my case) it's them ...
 
yup, squizzers, they get shot if I catch them doing that, tell a lie, they get shot anytime I see them
