I cook a lot and I'm interested in what other people make, so this is chicken fried rice (I had a bunch of veg and old rice) with potstickers (store bought, they are hard to make!) and pot de creme left over from a few days ago.

What are you guys having for supper/dinner?

SWMBO's away tonight so it was a tossup between a traditional old Welsh supper of caws pobi (baked cheese) with bread, or eggs from our hens, beans and chips, I ended up having cheese on toast for lunch so I opted for the egg and chips tonight

Proper home made beefburgers with fried onions and chips, followed by a real rice pudding ... the pudding needs about another fifteen minutes - it's still in the oven. Friday night comfort food !

Perfect ....

In my case very frugal.
A little cheese, ham with rye bread. A warm soup and yogurt and tangerine for dessert.

In our household, rice pudding is often a breakfast dish :D

Dinner tonight however was home-made chickten jalfrezi washed down with a bottle of "Proper Job".

Made properly from scratch.
My daughter is good at pizza, but we've never quite managed to get a crispy base, despite using the heavy steel plate. Any tips?

Fish & chips tonight: Fish Special at £7 from Mickey's round the corner.

Stir fry is a mainstay with us. Soy sauce, ginger and chilli, mostly home grown veg in the summer with shredded pork or chicken.
Last night I had home made pizza and an Old Speckled Hen
