Mine is brown and sticky, (and the honey!) setting to a jelly like consistency really quickly . Tastes great thoughBloody slow extracting honey is like glue! anyway apiary three almost finished just got clearers on three hives left there.

Mine is the same hardly any light honey this spring it has full flavour though almost a molasses taste.

Customers prefer it that way. A lot of them find pure heather too strong
