thank you! In fact I agree with Erichalfbee, it’s fantastic when it’s working it’s just that Duncan won’t except mine is a rogue and just replace it. If he had I wouldn’t be relating this but congratulating him on his customer service!
What make of battery do you use, Neil? If he insists the unit is OK, I think it's safe to assume he has done test runs with it. When it stops working, what happens when you change the battery?
I have Einhell batteries. When it stops working I immediately think I’ve run out of power so replace with a fully charged battery but it still remains blank!

Yes he imports them, Duncan became the UK Instantvap distributor. I did wonder about problem solving as I had bought mine the year before, from Janos in Budapest but I assumed there would be some sort of interaction regarding technical repairs and after sales service, at least you would hope that was the case.
