How about a forum cuppa / meet and greet. time place?

That's a great idea - I believe there is a café/coffee shop on site... how about 11:00am? That will be after the first talk and gives 45mins before the second talk, does that sound right?
How will we recognise each other - it'll be like a real life game of "where's wally" lol :icon_204-2:
 
This may be a silly question, but will there actually be any bees at this convention? It would be great if I could introduce my 7 year old daughter to a working beehive

If some early arrival just writes on a piece of paper BeekeepingForum UK and leaves it on a table the we can all easily spot it and drop in / out as we do here.
