Hi, what is the highest weight of honey you have produced from a single hive this year? :)

My record was 320 lbs including 40 of Heather. From (ironically LOL) a timber National.

"Just" 36 lbs from my first hive, a national, with still a few weeks to go, I'm pretty chuffed.

You'll have to wait another four weeks or so, till I harvest it.

My best was 12 full national supers from a single hive. The bees had winter and spring sown rape that year...

38lb extracted today from a colony that was a 5 frame nuc in April, (Thanks Hivemaker. for great hives and great bee's) :)

Zilch so far, 2011 is my worst year for a long time, but there are still a few weeks left. I live in hope, and you have got to be an optimist (or maybe masochist) if you keep bees. ;)

120lb is about my best ever, typically it's quite a bit lower. It's definately increased as my beekeeping has improved.
