Warm way to cold way

that explains the confusion with your previous post,
frames parallel to entrance is known as 'warm way',
frames at 90 deg to the entrance is known as 'cold way'

Sorry Tonybloke, I seem to be confusing you and myself in this post.
at the moment the frames are warm way (parallel to entrance) I wish to move them cold way so I can stand behind the frame, to one side of the entrance (one lug near each hand) to manipulate and then move over to the opposite side for the last five frames. (pity they don't do a sheepish grin smilie!!)
I think I'm sorted now
