Tomatillos

Anybody know what to do with these apart from making salsa or chicken stew? Can't find anything very appealing on t'internet, beginning to wonder why I grew them in the first place.

Add them to any other mixed veg and roast them like you would tomatoes

Would that be the Norfolk oiks? Obviously there are none over the border in Suffolk!
