Anybody know what to do with these apart from making salsa or chicken stew? Can't find anything very appealing on t'internet, beginning to wonder why I grew them in the first place.
Ideas appreciated

when they go purple they make quite good jam :)

Add them to any other mixed veg and roast them like you would tomatoes

Let them ripen and ripen and ripen and then throw them at oiks in the stocks. :)

Would that be the Norfolk oiks? Obviously there are none over the border in Suffolk!
