To feed or not to feed

Soon I Will be putting on the first super on a hive, the frames are new undrawn frames of foundation. Will I need to feed the hive to help the bees draw the foundation?

If there's a decent nectar flow on they shouldn't need it.
If you feed them and they store any of it in the super then what you've got is not honey and you certainly couldn't sell it as such.
Better to be patient and let them draw it out when they have the resources to do so.
