Actually honeydew does not come from anus. It comes from 3 organs on aphid.
When ant tickles them with antennae, aphid press the droplet out.
I do not know what kind of system other bugs have.

But here it seems to come out from itself, " gut's terminal opening."

Nice pics and video Finman. Might be wise not to show any pine-honey customers these pics or they may take fright and refuse to buy. Nectar from flowers is likely to be much more acceptable to gently-nurtured customers.

In our language mesi = nectar. Honey = hunaja. Derives from Sweden honung.
